Born in Greece, cultivated in Nottingham and now part of Manchester where he continues
his Arthouse residency with a record bag full of the deep, the weird and the wonderful.
Moid regularly plays for other nights in Manchester, London and Berlin (Golden Gate
/ Club der Visionaere) and you can find him somewhere in one of the above cities
rolling from one low slung groove to the next, smiling endlessly as he intoxicates
the room with house music.
Jagger and the Bat
Kris and Ben will be the first to admit that even though DJing together has it's
financial advantages it's the fun they have that keeps the duo going. It's obvious
for all to see too as they duck and dive in unison behind the decks, moving from
the other's groove to their own in a way that only Jagger and the Bat know how.
On a cold and dusty Sunday morning you can always find the pair either expanding their
collections, arguing over the latest limited edition release or looking curiously
at the other as they consider what on Earth to play next before the neighbours come
knocking.
John Hanley
John Hanley is Irish born and Manchester made. His record collection consists of
everything that our other residents don't have (much to their dislike) and subsequently
his sets always include limitless amounts of infectious, rolling basslines.
You can often find John stroking his enviable Perlon collection, playing 16 hour
sets without blinking an eye or pulling amazing records out of what appears to be
a bottomless record bag of house, techno and everything in-between.
